All SOAR programs are custom designed to meet your teams specific needs and objectives. Team Building and Leadership Development programs are facilitated in a variety of environments indoors and out. Utilizing the High Ropes Course and Low Team Building activities, we provide an opportunity for each participant to discover their strengths as an individual and a valuable team member. Each activity is processed, debriefed and transferred back into practical application. Focusing on “What To Add To What You Are Already Doing Well”, the group is challenged to look at “What Works”  “What Doesn’t” and “What’s Next”. The trained professional SOAR staff respect the physical and emotional safety of each participant. Our philosophy of Challenge By Choice is always in place honoring that each individual has their own level of challenge.
